Important Pre- and Post-Test Procedures for Clean Truck Check Testers

At times we've all noticed that the test results do not go through, and hence we are required to perform a re-test at no additional charge. This takes away your valuable time from a potential rest period or from revenue generating hours.

​Please ensure you follow these critical steps before and after every Clean Truck Check (CTC) test to maintain data integrity and efficiency.

Step 1: Pre-Test Preparation (Tablet Update)

Action: Before starting any test, ensure your tablet is running the most recent software updates. How to Update:

1. Tap the right arrow icon located at the bottom of the main screen.

Select the 'Reboot' option to initiate the update and system restart.

Step 2: Post-Test Verification (CTC Account)

Action: Immediately after completing a test, you must log into your personal CTC account to verify the test completion and result.

1. Click on 'LOG IN'.
2. Enter the email address and password associated with your CTC Tester account.
3. Navigate to 'Test Results'.
4. Confirm that the most recently performed test appears at the top of the list.

Courtesy Step (Optional): You may print the test results for the customer as an added courtesy.
